About Serendipity Psych

400dpiLogoCropped.jpg

Serendipity was founded by two colleagues who spent 5+ years discussing how they wanted to open their own practice, but the timing never seemed to be right. However, the dream never died. In the Fall of 2019, a series of events occurred that lead to the perfect opportunity to make their dreams come to fruition. Being able to help people is what first brought these two colleagues’ paths together, both were cutting their teeth at a local agency fresh out of graduate school. They bonded over both being Springfield College Alums, their love for the TV show Psych and their drive to always keep evolving their skills. Dallas & Ariana bring a combined 13+ years of experience in the Mental Health field. They have extensive experience with Outpatient therapy, Crisis Management & working in Hospital & ER settings.  They also specialize in Risk Management & Mediation. Their goal is to utilize their knowledge & passion to help their community.

At Serendipity, our focus is our clients & doing everything we can to support them. We are a private pay practice because we believe it provides more privacy & autonomy of care which leads to more therapeutic outcomes.  Everyone has their own unique journey in life that gets us to where we are and getting to know that is critical in helping to guide clients toward improving their lives and wellbeing.

The goal of this practice is to be able to focus on the individual. We all have our own unique story filled with adversity, loss, stress & more. At Serendipity we take the time to get to know each of our clients' unique journeys which have led them to this moment. Helping our clients' & their families grow & rebuild themselves is our priority. A major component of this is truly knowing our clients, we invest not only our time but our passion into helping them attain their goals. It is important that every client is afforded ample time to share their story so that they can receive individualized care. This is achieved by keeping the practice small since smaller caseloads not only benefit the client therapist relationship but also drastically improve therapeutic outcomes and growth.

Fact about Serendipity Psych; one of the first things you will notice when you enter our waiting-room is our tree, we call it the “Serendipity Psych Giving tree.” Dallas and his family have had a “giving tree” in their home for the last three years. This is where they gather all their donations & gifts throughout the year. Our goal each year is to do more & to increase our impact on the community. We hope that this tree will inspire ourselves & others we work with to give a little more, push ourselves a little harder & to reach a little higher every day.
